Scaled Agile Inc® has recently done research on several successful SAFe® implementations and identified keys to success. They also have developed new tools to facilitate the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management. 
Deema Dajani, who is LPM product owner at Scaled Agile Inc, will present findings from the research and introduce the new tools for implementing LPM.
Frontit has experience from several agile transformations. Joel Ståhl, Agile coach, will share key success factors and pitfalls based on the collective knowledge of Frontits consultants. The webinar will be 40 minutes plus 20 minutes Q&A and discussions.

About the speakers 
Deema Dajani 
Deema is an SPCT Advisor with Scaled Agile, the exclusive certifying entity for the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe). Drawing on her successful Startup background and an MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University, Deema helps the large established institutions create the environment to shape disruption with business agility transformation. She started her journey with Agile in the early 2000’s, embraced agility as a way of being while she held roles from Product Manager, Director of Strategy, to pre-IPO turn around leader. Deema transitioned to a transformation consulting journey, where she led some of the largest transformations to business agility and lean agile portfolios in the Financial Services and Insurance space. Deema co-founded and serves as a Board member of Women in Agile non profit organization. 

Joel Ståhl 
Joel is a consultant at Frontit, SAFe® Program Consultant, SAFe Remote Trainer, PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt. He has successfully delivered change via training and coaching in Agile, Lean and Six Sigma to organizations in the USA, Germany, UK, Ireland, Brazil, China incl HK, Japan, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden.
